El corte de ruta en la entrada a Santa Victoria Este, fue el inicio de una travesía que acompañó el reclamo de las comunidades wichi y weenhayek, a través de tres países: Argentina, Bolivia y Paraguay. La falta de peces en el río Pilcomayo, eje principal de las protestas, fue el detonante de un complejo entramado político, económico y social, el cual todavía espera respuestas.
